Scrubbed In is a community for people in medicine. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you choose to give us, such as your name, email, role, and city when you join the waitlist, apply to be an ambassador or podcast guest, or ask about partnering with us. These sign-ups are stored securely with our website host (Vercel) and a copy is emailed to our team.
- Basic, anonymous usage information that your browser shares with any website, such as device type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To let you know when Scrubbed In launches in your city and to share events and community updates.
- To respond to partnership, ambassador, and podcast requests.
- To understand and improve the website.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run Scrubbed In (for example, Vercel for website hosting and form storage, and our email providers), and only as needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails, at any time by emailing tanviy@scrubbedinmed.com.
Photos
Photos on this site are from Scrubbed In events. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, email us and we’ll take care of it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
